Job vs Business: What’s Better?

Income generation doesn’t have to be too difficult.

There is nothing bad in doing a side job and earning and a few more bucks. It would help you reach your financial goals and help you repay any debts you have. In this way, you can do your job and pursue your hobby and even earning from it. Also, you should have a certain mindset before doing both and at the same time. When a person is not actively present in the income its called passive income for example money earned from renting property.
Some of the income sources could be being a writer, graphic designer, translation services, Customer support, etc.

People are always in a dilemma of whether to take up a job or start their own business. Although its completely up to you whether you want to work for someone or be your boss. Both business and job have there own pros and cons.  Business requires initially a huge investment and takes years to finally establish it. Whereas in a job there is no investment needed and involves no risk. also, the job has no effort required. Finally, it comes to the choices and the attitude you have regarding your career
